If you’re familiar with me at all, you’ve probably figured out that I like to approach things with a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude.
Some people might not like the sound of that and quickly envision their mom shouting ‘take it or leave it’ as they sat crying in front of a plate filled with icky lima beans.
Hear me out though.
In the world today, we’re surrounded by countless forms of contradictory information, coming at us from all directions.
It can be overwhelming, confusing, and deafening, constantly trying to figure out what’s right, what’s wrong, and what’s absolute bologna.
But, it doesn’t have to be.
We get to take it or leave it.
And what I choose to take, every single time is my truth.
I believe that we all have the ability to recognize our own truth – what’s true for me, may not be true for someone else. Our truths often change, as we change, evolve, develop, and learn.
You’re probably thinking, ‘That’s great Kristina! But, how do I know what’s true for me?’
Give yourself the time and space to dissect and digest whatever information it is you’re receiving.
And ask yourself, does this information make sense to me? Does this information resonate with me?
If your answer is yes, then hold onto it. This newfound information is a part of your truth.
And above all, remember, this is your life, and you’re allowed to take what works and leave the rest.
Sending love your way.
